Shipping policy

1. If the method of delivery is agreed on the basis of a special request by the buyer, the buyer bears the risk and any additional costs associated with that method of delivery.
2. If, under the purchase contract, the seller is obliged to deliver the goods to a place specified by the buyer in the order, the buyer is obliged to take delivery of the goods.
3. If, for reasons on the buyer’s side, the goods have to be delivered repeatedly or by a method other than that stated in the order, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs of the repeated delivery or the costs of the other method of delivery.
4. When taking delivery from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to check that the packaging is intact and to report any defects to the carrier without delay. If the buyer notices damaged packaging indicating unauthorised access to the consignment, the buyer does not have to accept the consignment from the carrier.
Delivery is handled by the courier companies SDS and DPD
Stock sizes are usually dispatched within 1 – 3 working days of order confirmation. For made-to-measure production we confirm the date in the quotation.
Shipping price is calculated from the weight of the consignment and you always see it in the cart before completing the order. Prices include VAT.
- up to 1 kg – 4.31 €
- 1 – 3 kg – 4.37 €
- 3 – 5 kg – 4.48 €
- 5 – 10 kg – 4.61 €
- 10 – 20 kg – 6.15 €
- 20 – 30 kg – 7.20 €
- 30 – 31.5 kg – 10.17 €
Heavier consignments are sent on a pallet: from 31.5 kg 30.61 €, from 100 kg 33.28 €, from 300 kg 43.94 €, from 500 kg 53.64 €, from 700 kg 58.90 €, from 900 kg 68.19 € and from 1,100 kg 77.03 €. Large-format boxes always travel on a pallet, regardless of weight.
Collection in person at our premises in Jablonica is free – simply select it in the cart.
Delivery outside Slovakia is quoted individually. Write to us at obchod@boxmade.sk and we will prepare a tailored shipping price.
Payment options
You can pay by debit or credit card, via Apple Pay or Google Pay. Online payments are handled by the Stripe payment gateway.
